Why does iOS ask about "Full Access", and what does it actually do?
Full Access is optional. keyboard2 uses it only for haptic feedback, the system clipboard and a couple of other system-gated features — predictions and autocorrect work fully without it. Granting it does not send anything anywhere: the keyboard contains no networking code, so there is nothing for the permission to unlock in that direction.
Does it really work offline?
Yes — completely. All 34 languages' dictionaries ship inside the app, so predictions and autocorrect work from the first keystroke with no downloads, no syncing and no connection. Airplane mode changes nothing.
Can you see what I type?
No. There is no server, no analytics and no account. Words the keyboard learns from you are stored on your device only, and you can review or delete them in the app at any time.
What's in a backup file?
Only settings you chose and themes you made — plain text you can read yourself. Never the words the keyboard learned, your clipboard or your emoji history. The file goes where you put it: your iPhone, iCloud Drive, anywhere. It never comes to us, because there is no us to send it to.
What exactly does premium include?
Predictions and autocorrect, auto-fix, swipe typing, most themes, custom themes and layouts, the toolbar with clipboard history, and long-press alternates. For your first hour of typing everything runs unlocked on its default settings, so you can try it all before deciding.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, including during the 7-day trial at no charge. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
